Egbewumi Tolu (Principal Director)

B.Tech (Hons) Arch, M. Arch, MNIA ARCON.

Tolu is a qualified architect registered with the Nigeria Institute of Architects (NIA) and licensed to practice in Nigeria with Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON). A seasoned professional with over 20 years post qualification experience.

He went from being a junior architect to consulting architect and an Associate at PM+CDC Associates before setting up SPACEFRAMES ARCHITECTS LTD. His works spans retail, institutional and residential architecture.

He is also a member of the International Facility Management Association of Nigeria (IFMA). A graduate of both Obafemi Awolowo University and Ladoke Akintola University schools of architecture.

Olaitan Abiodun

B.Sc Quantity Surveying, M.Sc Construction Management., MNIQS

Biodun is a registered quantity surveyor with the Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyor (NIQS).

In his capacity as a consulting quantity surveyor Biodun’s work experience spans building projects from the banking sector, oil & gas, religious institutions, food & confectionaries and residentials.

His knowledge of construction management and building economics is an asset to the team. He previously worked as a consulting quantity surveyor with HOS Consult.

Biodun is a graduate of quantity surveying from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife Osun State, Nigeria.

Emeka Osegbo

HND Civil Engr, M.SC ERM, MPM, MNSE, COREN

Emeka has over twenty-five years post qualification experience in both consulting and construction work as a civil engineer.
His hands-on approach in construction works is exemplary due to his involvement in several multi-dimensional projects over the years.

Emeka graduated from the prestigious Institute of Management [IMT] Enugu with a distinction in civil engineering. He brings his wealth of experience to bear on the team.

Fakoyede Bankole

B.Tech Arch., M. Tech Arch.

A graduate of architecture from Federal University of Technology, Akure, Bankole has a good eye for construction detailing and specifications writing.He has over eight years post qualification experience with core competence in residential and institutional architecture.

Shusi Feyisayo

B.Sc, MED Architecture [Master of Environmental Design in Architecture]

A graduate of architecture from the University of Lagos, Feyi has a flair for interior designs with emphasis on woodworks, soft furnishing and interior detailing. With a British certification in HSE, Feyi is in charge of our safety drive. He is also certified by DPR [Department of Petroleum Resources] for fire safety and risk assessment.

Tomiwa has a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She is our business development and clients’ relationship director.

An articulate and detailed professional, she brings her wealth of experience in business development, product branding, marketing and customer relations to the quality of our service delivery.

Tomiwa’s work experience spans over 19 years. She is a certified member of various relevant bodies.
